Our crew members work closely with directors, designers, cast, and staff to ensure that every performance runs smoothly from rehearsal to final curtain.
Eligibility & Expectations
No prior Ritz Theater experience is required, but crew members must be:

Available for tech week and show dates
Some positions may require specific skills or training (e.g., rigging, lighting, audio mixing). Training may be provided based on the role.

Eligibility Requirement

Please note: While exceptions may be considered, the Ritz Theater expects that any applicant who has not previously served in a directorial capacity (Director, Assistant Director, or Producer) at the Ritz Theater will first be asked to participate as an Assistant Director on an upcoming production. This ensures familiarity with our policies, procedures, team workflows, and house culture.
